Grab Some Coffee

Goodmorning…I thought I would try to write something today that would make you smile. I wrote a poem for my Etsy shop about a year ago and I decided to re-write it for my blog. I’m not a poet…that’s for sure. I just thought this would be a fun way to relay my message…

and that is…to spend time with the Lord, listen with your heart and always journal what He speaks!

I hope you enjoy it and that it makes you smile today!

Here goes 🙂

Grab a cup of coffee – come sit with me.
Spend some time with the Lord and you will see.

Be still and quiet – listen with your heart,
He will begin to speak some things right from the start.

He will speak some things that you already know,
Some things new and some things old.

Some things will be just for you,
Maybe a word of wisdom on what to do!

Other times He will give words to share,
Words of hope to someone in despair.

He will give you direction and guidance – mercy and love,
Wisdom and peace – all from above.

So, find a pen and get ready to write,
My prayer for you is – He will speak before night!
